Strawberries are more effective than sunscreens


"Researchers from the Polytechnic University "Marche", Italy and the University of Granada in Spain led by Maurizio Baptiste, found that strawberries protect from the sun, reducing the extent of damage to the skin and protect it from burns.
Sunscreen can be made from natural materials. Experts have tested the strawberry extract on cultures of skin cells at a concentration of 0.05, 0.25 and 0.5 milligrams per milliliter.
The cells were irradiated with UV light at a dose equivalent to 90 minutes of exposure to the strong summer sun of the French Riviera.Especially effective proved concentration of 0.5 milligrams per milliliter. It has increased resilience and reduced cell damage that is inflicted on DNA. So are strawberries protect skin from developing cancer, inflammation and degeneration.
Experts suggest that the reason lies in the red pigments - anthocyanins. They act as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agent. In the near future, researchers will examine whether the compound can be added to creams or should not be taken internally."

Men prefer women without make-up

Researchers at Wake Forest University in the U.S. found that one in five men prefer to see women with natural make-up day or days without one. According to the survey, almost 90% of women never leave the house without make-up. In most cases, this refers to going to work. One-third of respondents said that even women in the store would not go without makeup. Around 64% of respondents do not go to work without being smeared at least basic ointments, and 44% had never photographed without making themselves "beautiful".  Women use cosmetics not only to attract the opposite sex, but also to hide their skin imperfections.

Preparation of the Cocktail: 300ml. distilled water, 2 tablespoons Madal Bal syrup, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper or ginger.  application : Three times per day 300ml. a cocktail, 30 minutes before each meal / morning, noon and night /.  Optionally, you can replace one meal with 2 cups of 300ml. cocktail Madal Bal.  Positive thinking strengthens the results of the program!
